I’m Priyanka Joshi. A multi-passionate entrepreneur, award-winning mental health blogger, podcaster, author, certified NLP, yoga and meditation teacher, and also the creator of The Therapeutic Journal.

As a single mother, wellness entrepreneur, and now a PhD researcher studying the socio-economic empowerment of single mothers in marginalised communities, I know what it’s like to juggle multiple roles while desperately seeking space for yourself.

I’ve walked through burnout, breakdowns, and battles with my own mind and constantly turned that pain into purpose. Over 300+ women worldwide are already using The Therapeutic Journal to release overwhelm and create calm. And thousands more read, listen, and practice with me every day through Sanity Daily.

  2. I am pursuing a PhD on the socio-economic empowerment of single mothers in marginalised communities, because my mission is bigger than me it’s about changing lives through wellness and empowerment.
  3. I have been globally recongnised for my blog and podcast that champion mental health worldwide.
  4. I have completed 200+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, and Meditation.
  5. I have blend science, mindfulness, and storytelling to create practical tools for busy women – launched The Therapeutic Journal.
  6. I am on a mission to make mental health and empowerment accessible, simple, and stigma-free.
