About the founder

Priyanka Joshi launched Sanity Daily in 2019, a dedicated mental health space offering a well-researched blog, a self-improvement podcast, and personalised mental health check-in sessions.

Sanity Daily has grown into a globally recognised platform, reaching readers in 110 countries with a monthly audience of over 12,000. The platform is listed among the top 10 mental health blogs in the UK and has been acknowledged as one of the best mental health websites with multiple awards and accolades.

Priyanka is a trained mentor and a certified NLP practitioner, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for women and young adults. She is also the creator of “The Therapeutic Journal” which is scheduled to launch in early 2025.

Her podcast, Sanity Daily, is recognised as one of the Best Podcasts in the UK for 2024 reflecting her significant impact in the mental health space.
