Hello, I'm Priyanka Joshi,
the founder of Sanity Daily.

I have dedicated my life to creating awareness about mental health and helping people overcome the stigma and barriers associated with mental illness.

I’m a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and a passionate mental health blogger. I serve as an Advice & Support Officer at the Dundee University of Student Association.

My personal struggles sparked my pursuit of mental health knowledge, turning my life into a mission: to boost mental health awareness, shatter stigmas, and transform lives.

My blog is a source of evidence-based strategies, practical tips, and personal insights to improve mental health.As a mental health advocate, I collaborate with organisations to promote mental health education, aiming to make treatment accessible for everyone.
