Hello, I’m Priyanka Joshi, the founder of Sanity Daily
I am your mental health coach, NLP practitioner and a single parent based in Dundee. I have created this space in the digital world with compassion and love. I’m dedicated to helping individuals cultivate resilience through personalised support.
My mission is to empower individuals with tools, resources, and strategies to combat loneliness and isolation through my platform. In my day job, I serve as an Advice & Support Officer at the Dundee University of Student Association. I also collaborate with local organisations to further the cause of mental wellbeing, by conducting workshops, therapeutic journalling sessions and mental-check-in sessions. Together, let’s put mental health first.
