You know when we notice our positive sides, our efficiencies, our skills, and capabilities, we learn a few things about ourselves. So today with this exercise you are exactly going to do the same. You will write down at least ten things you love about yourself
Self-discovery exercise for Day 10-Things You Love About Yourself
The important part of this exercise is to sit with yourself and think about your sunny side. You are allowed to brag about yourself, no one is judging you. Come on, come out of the self-doubt. Show some self-love. Self-love is not being selfish, it is self-preserving.
When I sat to write down for myself. I felt so good when I reached the end of the list. It is not the big things that make us happy, but small little things that add meaning to our lives and make us complete.
Here are 10 things I love about myself:
I love to see myself as a third person, from a distance, and here are a few things, I have observed and discovered in myself:
1.) I love my ability to go though a painful situation
2.) I love my ability to comeback from each setback
3.) I love how I speak with people
4.) I love seeing myself working hard
5.) I love my passion and madness for my dreams
6.) I love my compassionate nature
7.) I love my forgiving trait
8.) I love my artisitc flare
9.) I love how I play different roles without much expectations, being myself
10.) I love myself just the way I am, brown skinned, tall, healthy female
I hope my list will help you draw out some inspiration and help you to write down 10 things you love about yourself. Once you discover a few thigns about yourselves, do not question it, don’t judge it. Just be with that feeling.
Just smile with your discovery about yourself.
See you tomorrow.
