Peer emotional support sessions & guided journalling for women dealing anxiety in relationships, single motherhood, career stress or migration stress.
If you are carrying too much emotionally, mentally, or silently this space is for you. These guided support sessions are a place to pause, talk, reflect, and feel steadier again.
This is not therapy. It is compassionate, peer-based emotional support led by someone who understands overwhelm, migration stress, single motherhood, and burnout from lived experience.
I’m Priyanka, the founder of Sanity Daily.
I’m a Glasgow based mental health blogger, award-winning podcaster, PhD researcher, and single mother with lived experience of migration stress, burnout, identity shift and emotional overwhelm. These sessions come from years of listening, holding space, and creating grounding tools for women who feel they have to stay strong even when they are tired.
These sessions may support you if you:
- Feel emotionally exhausted or numb
- Are navigating single motherhood, separation, or sole caregiving
- Are a migrant or living away from family support
- Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in your thoughts
- Need a safe, non-judgemental space to talk and reflect
What we do together:
- Gentle conversation (you set the pace)
- Guided journaling or reflection (optional)
- Grounding or calming breathing exercises
- Emotional validation and clarity-building
- Space to feel heard without fixing or judging
What we don’t do:
- No diagnosis
- No medical advice
- No pressure to “be positive”
- No therapy claims

These sessions are not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. They are peer support and guided reflection sessions. If you are experiencing severe mental health distress or feel unsafe, please seek professional or emergency support in your area.
