Peaceful moments are closer to our hearts. These moments bring out our calm and composed state and we often crave some moments of peace and solace in our daily lives.
The new zen concept called ‘Me Time’ is nothing but that breathing space, that personal time for a mother, father, or anyone wherein they can be themselves, but is it peaceful time as well? Then what could be your peaceful moment?
Self-discovery exercise for Day 12- Peaceful moment
So today I want you to sit, observe and understand what puts you at peace? In our previous tasks, we talked about discovering ourselves through understanding our inner-world a little more closely. Through these activities, we can discover what brings joy to us, what puts forward our best side, and what we need to work upon.
If you ask me, my peaceful moment is when someone sitting in a different corner of the world, reads my blogs and emails me saying it was helpful, they like it. I don’t know but reading such emails and comments brings a smile on my face and I feel so content and peaceful inside.
Maybe because this is my passion and my purpose and when my purpose strikes a chord with other souls, it adds meaning to what I am doing.
Can you zero down to that ONE that gives you the most precious peaceful moment? It could be anything, don’t judge your thoughts and processes. But it is important you acknowledge it and bookmark that moment in your mind, so that when you feel low or out of place, you can access that and gain some strength for yourself.
Some find peace while meditating, some find peace while spending time with children, nature, or going for walks. can you discover that go-to place for you? A Peaceful Place?
See you tomorrow.
