Sanity Daily

About me

Hi, I am Priyanka - thank you for visiting my space.
I am a work in progress and this is my story.

Life has a way of shaping us through trials, and my journey has been one of resilience, rediscovery, and purpose. Battling 17 tumours, navigating the aftermath of a divorce, raising a daughter as a single mother, and starting anew in a different country taught me invaluable lessons about strength, mental health, and self-worth. These experiences ignited my passion to create meaningful change, not just for myself but for others navigating life’s challenges.

Today, I am the founder of Sanity Daily, a dedicated mental health platform and a voice for individuals prioritising their well-being. I am also the creator of The Therapeutic Journal, a self-care guide crafted especially for mothers like me, mothers juggling responsibilities, battling burnout, and searching for solace amidst the chaos. This journal is more than a tool; it’s a companion for mothers seeking clarity, calm, and connection with themselves.

With an MBA, an MSc, and over 10 years of corporate and digital marketing experience, I pivoted my career to advocate for mental health. I became a certified NLP Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider, and I’ve spent the last five years promoting awareness through blogs, podcasts, and community work. My blog, Sanity Daily, now hosts over 1,200 articles, each a testament to the power of storytelling and healing through words.

Sanity Daily is recognized as one of the Top 10 Mental Health Blogs in the UK, and my podcast has been awarded Best Podcast of the Year 2024. I have been featured among 200 Compelling Female Bloggers Worldwide and as a finalist in 40 Under 40 UK: Wellness Category. My work has been showcased on platforms like SHEROES, Women’s Web, Elle Foundation, and more.

I created The Therapeutic Journal to help mothers reclaim their mental well-being. Through guided journaling, we can embrace healing, self-reflection, and growth – because every mother deserves a moment for herself.

Let’s prioritise mental health one page at a time.
