I am a Glasgow based certified yoga and meditation practitioner trained in Rishikesh, India, with a decade of personal yoga practice. Over the years, I have learned that true yoga is not about pushing the body it’s about listening to it, it is not attaining a pose or performing, it is about alignment and movement.
Yin Yoga for Sanity is a 4-week online program created for tired, overwhelmed souls who need emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
This program blends:

- Breath work to calm stress responses through pranayama
- Yoga Nidra for profound rest and mental clarity
- Journaling prompts to process emotions and create inner space
