Fear, sadness and anger, it is common to experience such emotions in the time of crisis and uncertain situation. First of all, we have to acknowledge that we are getting bogged down, and then we move forward to work on it.
While we focus on the uncertainties and overthink about this huge problem, we are bound to trouble our little brain and increase our level of anxiety, stress, and hysteria. How to stay sane amid isolation and how to not get affected and lose our balance due to the global pandemic.
How to stay sane amid isolation when many of us are staying with troubling in-laws or abusive partners, we have to stay home and this has created a lot of turbulence in many couples with the increase in the reported number of complaints against the abuse and domestic violence women are dealing during this pandemic.
When the whole world is dealing with the same problem, understand there is nothing we can do except for staying in our house, take preventive measures and wait for the right time.
1.) Focus on the solution
This is the best we can do at the moment, focus on the solution rather than focusing on the problem. Here the solution is that we stay at home, protect ourselves and our family.

Do not wake up anxious thinking about the day and worry about it. It is ok if you have nothing to do, it is ok if you are not able to exercise or work today, take a day off, take some rest.

Liquid intake is a must, drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Make sure you intake 3 liters so of water daily.

Drink and eat food that will provide you immunity and help you combat infections, and boost your energy to help you stay active.

Books take you to another world, you start imagining a different world and its endless possibilities. You can also read ebooks or follow blogs in your interest area. It will keep you occupied.
